What does price lock mean?: Subscribe during beta at $100/mo and you keep that rate for as long as you stay on an active Pro plan, even after we raise the price to $200/mo. New signups after beta pay full price.
Do you take a cut of PPV or tips?: No. Presence is a flat subscription. Fanvue's platform fee still applies to your creator earnings. We don't add a revenue share on top.
How does the 7-day trial work?: Install Presence from the Fanvue App Store and explore with full access for 7 days. After that, stay on Free (75 live replies/mo) or subscribe to Pro for 1,500 live replies per month.
Need more than 1,500 replies?: Top-up packs are coming soon. Purchase additional live replies at $0.01 per reply. No overage charges until that launches.
Can I stay on Free?: Yes. Sandbox is unlimited on every plan. Free includes 75 live replies per month so you can prove the feel before upgrading.
