Review Activity (currently unavailable)
Activity is not available right now, but when it is, it will show what Presence sent, skipped, or could not send. PPV replies will show the price that was delivered. This is your record of live automation.
Check it after you first turn on Autopilot, then return whenever you want a quick view of what is happening.
Use Corrections (currently unavailable)
Open Corrections when a reply missed the mark. A correction is a clear signal about what you would have preferred.
Use short, specific notes. Focus on what should change next time, such as tone, a fact, or the way a conversation was handled.
Improve one thing at a time
You do not need to rewrite everything after one imperfect reply. Make the smallest useful change, then test it in Sandbox.
