Getting started

Connect Fanvue, set up your bot, sell from your Vault, and go live.

Presence helps you manage Fanvue messages in your own voice. Start with a safe test, then turn on live replies when you feel ready.

Connect Fanvue

Start from the Fanvue App Store or the Presence landing page. Sign in with Fanvue to connect your account. Presence never sees your Fanvue password.

After you connect, you will move into onboarding.

Set up your bot

Onboarding asks a few simple questions about you and how you message. You will choose a style, confirm your tone, add useful facts, set your usual hours, and choose how you want to use your Vault.

You can update this later in My bot. There is no need to get every detail perfect on day one.

Set up your Vault and PPV

Your Vault is how Presence knows what you have available to sell. Sync the Fanvue folders you want to use, then organize the content into clear groups.

For each group, you can choose its offer level and price range. Presence uses that setup to suggest the right content at the right point in a conversation.

PPV is how you make money through Presence. When a fan is interested, your bot can attach a paid piece of Vault content to a natural reply. It does not keep offering the same content to the same fan, and it respects the spacing you set between offers.

Use clear folders and sensible prices first. You can refine your selling style after you see a few Sandbox conversations.

Try Sandbox first

Sandbox is a private place to test conversations. Nothing you do there reaches your real Fanvue inbox.

Try a few normal fan messages. See how your bot sounds. Ask about content and try a PPV moment too. Change anything that feels off, then test again.

Go live when ready

Turn on Autopilot from the final onboarding step, Dashboard, or Settings. You can pause it at any time.
