My bot does not sound right

Open My bot and review your style, vibe, and facts. Make one small change, then test it in Sandbox.

Replies are not sending

Check that Autopilot is on globally. Then open Inbox and make sure that fan has not been paused. Activity can show whether Presence sent, skipped, or could not send a reply. If you want a quick refresher on the safety controls built into Presence, read User safety.

I need to reply myself

Open the conversation in Inbox and take over. You can pause the bot for that fan if you want more time.

I want to stop everything

Turn Autopilot off globally. No new live replies will be sent while it is off.

I still need help

Try the documentation assistant with your question. If the answer is not here, contact support with a short description of what you saw and when it happened.
