Inbox and takeovers

Inbox is where you keep an eye on real conversations. It gives you a clear way to let Autopilot work, pause it for one fan, or take over yourself.

Check live conversations

Open a conversation to see recent messages and the current bot status. Message history updates as fans chat and Presence replies.

Pause the bot for one fan

Use the fan's Autopilot control when you want to handle a conversation yourself for a while. This does not turn off Autopilot for other fans.

Take over

Type a reply when you want to step in. A manual message from you or your VA automatically starts takeover for that fan, so the bot pauses without you needing to remember a second step.

The pause lasts for the takeover timer you chose in My bot. You can also turn takeover on or off from Inbox whenever you want.
