Set up your bot

Your bot should sound like you, not like a generic assistant. A few clear details go a long way.

Choose a natural voice

Start with the style and vibe that are closest to how you already talk in DMs. Keep it simple. You can make it warmer, more playful, more direct, or more relaxed later.

Add real details

Use My bot to add facts that help your bot stay consistent. Include things you want it to remember and avoid adding things you do not want used in conversations.

Good details are specific and easy to understand. Think about your interests, boundaries, typical schedule, and the way you like to sell content.

Set your availability

Your usual hours help Presence make replies feel more natural. When you are away, replies can slow down instead of feeling instant.

Choose your takeover timer

When you or your VA reply manually on Fanvue, Presence automatically pauses the bot for that fan. This is called takeover.

Choose how long that pause should last in My bot. When the timer ends, the bot can help with that fan again. Set it to zero if you do not want automatic takeovers.

Keep improving it

Run a few Sandbox conversations after each change. If a reply does not feel right, update your setup and try again.
