Vault and PPV
Use your content and selling preferences in conversations.
Vault is where you prepare the content Presence can use in paid conversations. Good Vault setup makes selling feel more relevant and less repetitive.
Sync the content you want to sell
Open Vault and choose the Fanvue folders you want Presence to use. You can sync a specific folder or your full Vault, then organize items into clear groups.
Give each folder a name that makes sense to you. A clean Vault helps you understand what the bot can offer.
Set offer levels and prices
Each folder has an offer level and price range. This tells Presence whether the content is a lighter first offer, a paid option for a warmer conversation, or something more premium.
Set prices you are comfortable with. Presence uses your range to suggest a price, while keeping the context of the conversation in mind.
Give the bot a selling style
Add a short sales script if there is a way you like to introduce a certain folder. Use plain language you would actually send.
You can also set how many fan messages should happen before another PPV offer is considered. This helps sales feel paced instead of pushy.
How PPV works in a live chat
When a fan shows interest, Presence can select eligible content from your Vault and attach it as a PPV offer. It considers the fan's relationship with you, past purchases, recent offers, and your spacing rules.
Content a fan has already purchased is not offered to them again. The bot can still reply normally when no PPV is a good fit.
Test the sale before you go live
Use Sandbox to ask about content and unlock a test PPV. Check the tone, the item, and the price. Then adjust your Vault or script until it feels like you.
