Presence is built to give you control at every level. You decide when automation is active and where it should pause.

Global control

Turn Autopilot off to stop all new live replies. Use this when you want to pause everything immediately.

Per-fan control

Turn the bot off for one fan from Inbox when a conversation needs your full attention. Other conversations can keep running normally. A manual message from you or your VA also starts takeover automatically, using the timer you chose in My bot.

Sandbox has no live impact

Sandbox is separate from your real Fanvue inbox. It is always the right place to test a new setup or a change in tone.

Disconnect when needed

You can disconnect your Fanvue account from Settings. You are always in charge of your connection and your automation.
